Good god Grandma’s old: the wonderful woman is turning 95 next week. Her memory is completely gone, so I thought I’d put down some of my own favorite memories/thoughts of her on paper. Its a big departure from what I would normally consider my “style” (snarksnark), but I think she’ll enjoy it.
Memories: picking blackberries at grandma and grandpa’s apartment complex, her playing the piano for us (I didn’t know she could play for the longest time), the East Tawas lighthouse (also the background is an aerial view of Tawas Bay), her obsession with crossword puzzles, and the rosary is there because her representation of faith has been the most humble, loving and caring I’ve ever known.
